Calling all foodies! For five days (Jan 28-Feb 2), the luxury and first class hotels of St. Moritz pull out all the culinary stops during the 15th annual St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.
The event kicks off with an opening cocktail party at the newly renovated Carlton Hotel (just opened mid-Dec). The next few days internationally renowned chefs from Europe, Hong Kong, and South Africa strut their stuff at a multitude of gourmet tastings.
And don’t miss the wine tastings, champagne tastings, and our favorite, the “Chocolate Cult” where master chocolatier Confiserie Sprüngli, one of Switzerland’s most prestigious confectionary manufacturers, invites you to taste a rich variety of chocolate dreams, made of premium quality cocoas from the world’s best producing regions. Trust us, this buffet is to die for - the handmade chocolates are true works of art.
The grand finale – culinary delights from all participating chefs served for over 400 guests in a VIP tent kitchen on the frozen St. Moritz Lake.
