YOUR OWN PRIVATE SPACE

Next time you’re in Paris, live like a local. Buying your baguette and cheese at the neighborhood market and drinking cappuccinos at the corner café is much more fun then dodging tourists!

And boy do we have the spot for you. The Printing House Loft in Quarter Montorgueil (one of the Parisian’s best kept secrets) is a private and stylish base from which to explore Paris (or celebrate your recent engagement or host a few friends for a weekend shopping spree). This 4,500 square foot loft has three levels of open living space, Gustav Eiffel ceilings, glass see-through floors, and three private bedrooms, all enhanced by floating passageways and multi-level bridges which bi-sect the volume.

Owner Julie McIvor bought, renovated and decorated the property herself, converting it from an 18th century printing house that she later discovered was used by the French Resistance during the war to print their journals. The hidden basement room where the printing materials were concealed has now been transformed into a gym and relaxation room, retaining the original stone wall.

In addition to the gym (with its sauna, hydro-jet massage shower, elyptical trainer, adjustable hand-weights and yoga mats), there’s also a surround sound home cinema system (perfect for a cozy night-in), Bose multi-media system, and a range of five-star concierge services available to guests during their stay. These range from massages, manicures & pedicures, to an in-house chef who will whip you up a French gastronomic delight!

Basically Julie makes sure that you are lacking for nothing, fully pampered, and can enjoy all the benefits and more of a top quality hotel; with the ultimate privacy of your own residential space in Paris!

We say: this is the life!
