Chic meets shock at Distortion (June 4-8), Copenhagen’s biggest party, a five-day marathon of underground art and music that celebrates the city’s vibrant fashion, music, street and club culture.
Taking place in five neighborhoods across the city, over 56 parties and events are held at the hottest clubs, bars, shops and galleries as well as a host of secret locations including converted buses, canal boats and even neighborhood backyards. What’s cool about it is that this gigantic and much-hyped festival is about as un-commercialized as possible and the line-up can never be accused of being even the slightest bit mainstream.
