Area Daily: Area Web Site Launches

Where's the party? Along with the Dreaming Festival in Queensland, Australia and the Festival of Roses in Kazanluk, Bulgaria, Area is celebrating the launch of our new web site today.

As you know, here at Area we’re dedicated to bringing you the best in modern travel and the new Area web site has many useful features and tools while maintaining our commitment to design simplicity and usability.

Here are a few of our great new features:

Area Archives… all your favorite Area Daily emails can be found in the Area Archives; and with our new Search feature, you can search the site for any destination, country, or keyword you like.

Area Journeys… everyone has a great travel tale and Area Journeys is a new part of the web site where we’ll be posting your stories. Our first journey, an account of Area reader Scott Perry's trek up Kilimanjaro can be read here.

Maps… every location featured in Area Daily can be seen on a Google map. Just click the location on the top right hand corner of Area Daily.

Travel Links… book flights, hotels and car rentals for your next getaway and get special discounts and deals from our partners.
