Indulge your food cravings this summer at Taste of Tuesday, the Viceroy Santa Monica’s weekly poolside soiree for bon vivants. Held every Tuesday throughout the summer from 5:30-10:00pm at the Viceroy pool.
This is “small plates” at its best. Servers circulate trays loaded with small bowls and glasses filled with savory treats so you can experience as many tastes as tickles your fancy. And no two “Taste of Tuesday” menus are alike. Each week Executive Chef Warren Schwartz creates a new menu of crave-worthy bites and drinks based on what’s fresh at the farmer’s market.
Sample grilled Pacific oysters with smoky bbq sauce or shrimp ceviche with serrano chili, grapefruit and crispy tortilla strips, and throw back a Blue Raspberry Bartini—a low carb/low calorie martini while you’re at it. And for dessert don’t miss the green tea panna cotta and honey dew gelee and a seriously delicious dark chocolate pot de crème.
