Area Daily: Art, Fashion & Design Events at Art Basel Miami Beach

Join Area at Empire Fine Arts and Rizzoli New York’s mix of art, fashion, and design events during this year’s Art Basel Miami Beach.

RESET, an exhibition in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, features works from Empire Fine Arts’ international stable of artists including Cheryl Dunn, Jonathan Hexner, Marguerite Kahrl, Jeff Kling, Rodney Taylor, Christophe von Hohenberg, Tim Walker and Baergliecht. The artworks in RESET dramatically reflect the artists’ positions on the current political, economic and social landscapes, with vivid expressions that look to the future and reminisce about our past. RESET takes place Dec 1-7 from 11am-9pm daily at Empire Fine Arts’ gallery.

In addition, renowned photographer and highly respected horsewoman, Kelly Klein, will be signing her newly published book, Horse, at The Raleigh Hotel on Dec 3 at 6pm. This oversized book, designed by Sam Sahid, is a celebration of both the physical beauty of horses and the sense of wonder and awe they evoke.
