Move over mojito, there's a new kid on the block. We've found a drink to rival some of the most refreshing cocktails out there. You'll have to travel to London to enjoy it, as it's a signature drink of the Intercontinental London Park Lane.but it may just be worth the trip. Their icy concoction known as the Bielowieza combines apple juice, apple liqueur, basil leaves, Zubrowka Vodka from Poland (a Vodka infused with bison grass), with lots of ice and apple slices. The name comes from the Bielowieza region of Poland, home to the largest concentration of bison in Europe.
Stop by their lobby lounge next time you're in town and try it out. You'll see why we're raving about it. Ingredients are below should you want to try your hand at it (although the vodka may be hard to find).
