Join Area for the opening of Betty Waldo Parish & Dickon Eames at the Susan Teller Gallery (568 Broadway at Prince Street, Room 502A) this Thursday September 17 from 5-7pm. On display: etchings and wood engravings of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s by Parish, and sculptures of the 1970s and 80s by her son, Dickon Eames, known for sculpture that often functioned as machines with wire structures and moving parts.

In conjunction with the publication of the monograph, "Dickon Eames: An American Sculptor in France," Matthew Eames will be present to sign books.
